Skyline upgrade – 800 SW Jackson

2017/10/16 – One of the tallest (if not the tallest) building in Downtown Topeka is located on 8th and Jackson.  It is a concrete faced, brutal structure with an assortment of antennas at the top.  We like it.

There are currently antiquated lights at the base of the concrete columns that are never turned on and probably don’t work.  Also they probably would cost an outlandish amount of money in electrical costs to turn on.  What if we just replaced these lights with some LED lights?  This would be extremely low cost and would be an amazing presence on the Topeka skyline at night!
