Percent for the Arts

2017/7/28 – Most progressive, successful communities have a “Percent for the Arts” program.  A Percent for the Arts program is a community requirement for large building projects to incorporate a tiny fraction of its budget for an artistic element or program.

Wouldn’t it be great if your community had one of these programs?  We’re beginning to investigate what it would take for Topeka to adopt a Percent for the Arts.  Talk to us if you would like to get involved.
