Women’s Club/The Beacon Renderings

We’ve been putting together some promotional renderings for the Women’s Club (Also known as The Beacon). The Owners are going to use these images to help pre-sell the event space! We have a few tweaks here and there but they’re good enough to share at this point! The Beacon is a new event center space planning to open in December 2021 in Downtown Topeka, Kansas. Originally the Beacon was home to the “Women’s Club”, a social group for women. The State of Kansas took over the space in the 1980s in the 1980s and the space was divided up into offices for State workers. We have been helping our clients restore this awesome building to it’s original beauty using State and Federal historic tax credits.
