Ultra Affordable Housing Designs

We’re working with an awesome Topeka, Kansas developer who literally has a mission from god. His mission is to help the unfortunate and downtrodden. Some are coming from the homeless shelter. Others are coming from prison. He provides quality affordable housing for people who otherwise could not afford it or other landlords won’t rent to. Each one of his apartments are well maintained and he makes sure everyone follows the rules or they are not allowed to stay. We’ve been fortunate to recently help him develop a brand new apartment complex and just finalized some preliminary renderings.
