Shelter House Design Concept

We’re working with Parks and Recreation on a master plan and design concept for the shelter house shown below. The design utilizes split faced block, board formed concrete, glue lam beams, wood tongue and groove deck and steel posts. It includes a small kitchen and ADA bathrooms. The structure is sited on a scenic overlook of the lake.
