Renovation to former Pottawatomie County School

2017/4/8 – We’re working on renovations in Westmoreland, Kansas to a former school building with Trinium Contracting.  It’s great to be able to collaborate with such talented professionals and intelligent building owners.

Our process:  we give the Building Owners LOTS and LOTS of options.  For instance, we’ve drawn over a dozen concepts for a single part of this building, the Appraisers transaction counter.  This transaction counter was particularly important to the County because it is where they interface with their Clients, the public.  Because it was so important to the County it was important to us and we wanted to get it just right.

We typically begin our process with a handful of different ideas, then get feedback from the Owner and give them several more variations on the concept they liked best.  We repeat this process until the design element is exactly what our Building Owner wants.
