New Construction Office & New Project

Hicks Block Row Houses

2019/5/24 –

We purchased the Hicks Block Row Houses on 6th and Tyler in Topeka.  For the next couple of years we’ll be working on this project to get it restored and fully occupied.  During this time we’ll have a construction office in the space as well.  We’ll still have an office at 712 Kansas Ave., but more likely than not you’ll find us working out of 602, Apartment #1 of the Hicks Block Row Houses as we line up and coordinate contractors work on the project.
