Loft Project Nearing Completion

We’ve been working on a downtown Topeka Loft project this past year and it is very near completion. Our clients have great taste in furniture and art, hence the photos to share!

Prior to this project the windows were boarded up, there was no functioning heating, air conditioning, power or plumbing and the ceiling was literally falling in. The project sits in the Downtown Topeka Historic District and is utilized historic tax credits.
