Japanese Gazebo at Ward Meade Botanical Gardens

We’re working with Shawnee County Parks and Recreation and the Friends of Warde Meade on the design of a new “Japanese style/influenced” Gazebo Structure. The structure is replacing an older Gazebo that has reached the end of its life. The new gazebo will have glue-lam and tongue and groove deck roof structure, steel columns, decorative metal panels, and a japanese tile roof. The structure is being designed to blend in with many of the other Japanese inspired elements in the garden.
