Historic Home Design & Renovation in Potwin

We’re helping with the design of upgrades to a well known Topeka home in Potwin. A prominent Topeka realtor lived here for many years. A couple moved in from out of town recently and wanted to update the kitchen, create a master suite and make some other updates. The building is one of the contributing structures in the Potwin Historic District. We’ll be designing the improvements so the Owner’s can take advantage of historic tax credits and follow the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for preservation.
