Facade Remodel

We’re helping the Pilands with an upper level remodel to their newly acquired Downtown Topeka buildling. That project also includes a renovation to their building facade. Gary Piland captured an awesome time lapse video of the removal of the stucco facade that was placed over the original historic facade in the 1980s. Unfortunately our website platform can’t host such a large video so we’ll leave you with a few photos!
