Dr. Pepper Building Renovations in NOTO

We’re working with a client in NOTO on the renovations to the building directly northeast of the Arts Center.  The building is the one with the iconic Dr. Pepper sign on the face…we call it the Dr. Pepper Building.  The building has had a lot of past lifes.  Recently it was a antique store.  Our client is rehabilitating it into a Pottery Studio and apartments.  It’s great to see buildings getting upgraded in NOTO especially such cool looking, historic ones.
