Design Thoughts: Tears.

2017/4/1 – It’s sad to see an amazing old warehouse building, sited perfectly overlooking the Kaw on the North end of Downtown Topeka demolished.  However, doesn’t it look beautiful, partially destroyed?  We love the simplicity of the brick, concrete and rebar.
