Design Terms:  Growies

2016/7/14 – We in the Architecture profession often refer to plants around buildings as “growies”.   Vines on a masonry wall or trellis are a great way to cool down the building and surrounding area as well as add beauty to the environment.   And who says you need to cut tree limbs when they start to encroach over a sidewalk?!

(A thanks to Bryan’s kids for posing for these pictures.)
