Convent Lofts

Here’s a nice photo of a recently completed loft project in Downtown Topeka. We assisted the developer with design and historic preservation services to help make this previously unoccupied building fully occupied and contributing to the Downtown. Originally this building was the convent for the nuns that ran the St. Joseph School.
