Architect Led Design-Build

2017/11/25 – We do quite a bit of design-build projects, where the contractor leads the team and the design team is subcontractor.  Recently, we did our first Architect lead design-build project.  We have organized the team of the contractor and material providers for lighting of the Downtown Topeka Archways.  It is a little project that we felt we could try out this delivery method and see if we want to do it at a larger level.  Torgeson and Sarin Energy were the other team members on this project and the project should be completed by early December.
