It was a really educational process to go through a major construction project from the Owner/Clients perspective. Just like us on this project, Clients are making hard decisions, spending money, taking risks. It’s not easy.

We began this process in 2019, shortly after Bryan Falk purchased this building and the two adjoining buildings. We took our time with the design to make sure the improvements “stuck”. We had to evaluate the sanity of repairing the foundations and adding all new utilities/finishes in a location that most other building owners aren’t pouring the same amount of money into their projects. Covid happened and slowed us down even more. It’s finally completed and it was worth the wait for us. We think it was a good move.
